Today was a good day!

So on sat me and dale decided it would be a good day to go shopping. Now mind you i dont mean for other ppl i meant for ourselves. Gotta do that once in awhile . Anyway we ended up at the mall oprymills which is right by opryland hotel. So we did our usual bar run at dave and busters and then trecked out for the shopping. 3 hrs later and we decided to go see the lights inside the hotel . Picture in middle. The whole hotel is like this during the holiday season. It's one of the most beautiful places i 've ever seen. It's definitely a must see.
After the hotel we came home and had our own christmas. I bought dale a zune and he got me a dell laptop , so needless to say it was a good christmas. Hope you all have a wonderful christmas.

Finally in Nashville

So we finally made it to Nashville. I'm so excited and happy to be here. I love our new apartment, new friends and new scenery. I haven't taken very many pictures yet but when i do i will make sure to post them. It was a rough move but we made it. Two days of driving at 12 hrs a day made me want to go insane but i got through it thanks to my honey huck. Don't get me wrong, new friends will never replace the old who i miss so very much and can't wait to see around the holidays. Love you all.

Packing

This week was the first week of many to come. Packing, i hate it. Huck leaves today for nashville and Jennifa comes in on sat. for a few days. I'm left again to do it alone for now. Huck will help when he gets back but he still has to work and go to utah for another job. I'm so glad this will be our second to last move. We just keep accumulating more stuff in each place which makes the job harder. I honestly hate it when huck leaves, i feel so alone. Lucky for me Jennifa will be coming to keep me company. Oh well enough of my ranting, back to work.

birthday yay!!!!!!!

So this past weekend was my birthday and huck rented us a cabin in Ruidoso New mexico. I swear i could live there. I love it. First night we went to out favorite restaurant, Pasta Cafe. Love it. Yummy. The next day we went fishing all day long, I caught absolutely nothing. Huck caught a rainbow trout but it was only about 6 inches long. lol Of course we didn't keep it haha.That night we grilled out on our patio with the river in the back . So So pretty. It was the best birthday i've had in a long time. Next week i get to shop for my birthday gift which is a stereo for the kitchen. Im so excited. Packing next yippie. Lets get the hell out of here.

Jennifa comes to visit

So Jennifa finally came to visit us. Her and her friend laura that is. It was like the good ole days, photo shoot and all. haha
Huck loved every minute of it since he was the photographer, i think he's a natural. Of course it wasn't the same without our Jennifer aka betts. Unfortunately it will never be the same and i just realized that a few weeks ago. I doubt Jennifa, jennifer and noodle will ever be in the same state at the same time again. Wow how life changes so quickly. Anyway so i took them around town, we went to white sands and grilled out. I noticed ever since jennifa stopped drinking that she seems to have lost a lot of weight. She looks good but needs to eat. I watched her and i noticed she really doesnt eat a lot. I don't need to worry about her again. Of course i yelled at her and told her to start eating, she promised she would. As for laura, that girls nuts. She fits right in. I felt like i knew her all along. She told us to come visit and we could stay with her since me and huck are a bit leary staying with jen since she lives with 5 other ppl and one of them i don't really care for since he calls her a flake all the time. Nice friend i know.
Hopefully i'll get to see her one more time before i leave or in Nashville. Who knows maybe i'll do a reunion and have jennifa and betts together again but in a new place. Can't wait.

The experience when i went back home

So i went back home to cleveland for the first time in 4 mths. It definitely was an experience. I got to see everyone that means the most in the world to me but i also figured out who the toxic ppl were as well. Lost a friend through it all but really was she that much of a friend, i don't think so.
I decided i was going to extend my trip from 8 days to 2 weeks which really turned into 3 weeks since i got sick. Spent my first week working and seeing everyone and my second and third layed up in bed. Nice huh? Then to top it all off on my way home to el paso my flight out of chicago was cancelled indefinitely. My wonderful boyfriend was on the phone immediately with southwest on one phone and his crying girlfriend on the other. I was still sick and stranded in a city i had never been to and now they tell me i have to spend the night. When they told us this it was about 1:30 am and huck got me a flight out at 6:30 so i figured ok that's not so bad. I mean i had already been waiting in this airport for 9 hrs as it was. I met a nice woman named georgina and her daughter chloe. They were alone as well and she was on my flight too so we just stayed together. This whole time that huck is changing my flight we keep hearing this announcement saying "if your flight was cancelled please go to gate 8". So we do, big big mistake. Our bags were already on a flight to el paso so i wasted an hr. looking for something that wasn't even there. Then i had to wait in line for 4 hrs. to get my boarding pass which made me miss my flight at 6:30am. Now at this point im sick, tired and about ready to kill the attendant when i walk up to her and she has the nerve to say "wait u had a flight at 630 and u missed it, how did u do that?" Um duh asshole, because u made me wait in this line with no exceptions. Idiots, I swear.
Finally i get my flight out to houston on standby by 930 and then i had a lay over for 3 hrs which turned into 6 with all the delays. In 2 days i had 4 hrs of sleep but i think i dealt with it all ok.
When i got home i was pleasantly surprised by my bf's smiling face and big hugs. He felt so bad for me that he ended up giving me a birthday gift early which was a cabin for the weekend of my birthday. On top of all that he also made me dinner, pork and dumplings. Ohhhhh so good. It's great to have ppl who love you in life and it's even nicer to find out who those ppl are. I LOVE YOU BETTS. Thank you for being a great friend.

Hucks parents are in town!!!!!!

So hucks parents came into town this week and we ended up in New Mexico again.
I can't believe how beautiful it is there. We ended up going to a landmark called White Sands.
I guess it use to be a sea about 250 million years ago and then the rocky mountains were formed which made the sea level rise. The middle of the rocky's collapsed and now you have white sands.
It's the purest sand i've ever seen. You don't even mind it getting stuck in your butt crack. lol
Then we were off to our favorite place so far, ruidoso new mexico. Ended up having to stay 4 in a room. Talk about getting to know each other quick. Anyway thats all i have this week. Going home the next and will def. have to blog about that.

Hucks birthday

July 6th was hucks 30th birthday, the one we all hate. I don't know why 30 is so hard but it just is.
Anyway i had to do my best to make it a great birthday since the week before he said he thought when he turned 30 he would be around his friends. Well as you all know we don't have our friends around us, we only have each other. Anyway i decided to let him choose what he wanted to do that day. He chose golfing. I've never been golfing, i mean i know how to hit the ball because my grandpa showed me when i was younger but i've never been on an actual course. I LOVED IT!!!! I told dale i wanted my own clubs and gear. Can't wait to go again.
After golfing we went bowling. We bowled 9 games. He beat me at most but i did win 3 hahha.
Mind you during all of this we're drinking so by the 9th game i was pretty drunk. I hit my knee with the stupid ball and woke up with a huge bruise and neither of us could move. OMG so much pain. I went to lift up a pack of water and threw my back out but it was well worth making my baby smile. It was a good day and i can't wait to do it again.

Our adventure to New Mexico

One weekend me and dale decided we were going to take a little vacation to Ruidoso NM.
There was this texas holdem tournament there that dale had enrolled in
so we figured we make a trip out of it. One night we went walking around the town and found the most amazing restaurant. I love italian so this was my kind of restaurant.
The best Italian food i have ever had besides my own of course. We had cocktails and toasted to our new adventures in life. Very romantic.
The next day was dales tournament so he gave me a hundred dollars to keep me busy on the slots. Ok so you have to understand that just the night before dale was saying "i hate the slots, they never pay out". WEll i took my hundred dollars and off i was. I saw this machine called triple 7's. There were 4 in a row all the same. I stood for a few seconds looking at them all and decided which one gave me a good feeling. Sat down and started to play. I was down 40 quarters when all of a sudden my machine starts ringing uncontrollably. Now im not one who likes to be a spectacle but this day there was no avoiding that. It just kept ringing and wouldnt stop. Finally it stops and i push the button to read my ticket, it read 1150 to be exact. I started to shake and ran to tell dale but of course he was in this tournament and he couldnt be reached so i called everyone i knew instead. This was by far a great weekend and the lesson learned is sometimes the slots pay out better then the tournament.

Just saying hello

So I found this site through one of my very best friends, betts. We met about 3 years ago and boy has a lot happened since then. At the time i met betts i was single and looking to meet a great guy. Well as im sure a lot of you know it's very hard to meet a good guy in this day in age but i finally did. We started dating 2 years ago and in those 2 years we've moved from cleveland to macon georgia and now we're in el Paso tx. Yes we move around a lot but hopefully at the end of sept. we will be permanently where we're suppose to be which is nashville. I can't wait. I mean i love all the places we've been but i just want to get settled in life. I want a house, a career and believe it or not a garden. I miss all my friends and my family and i can't wait to see them when i get there in aug.
One more thing to look forward to in life.
